This policy explains what personal data Akerio collects through this website, why we collect it and the rights you have over it. It does not cover data processed on behalf of clients inside the Akerio platform, which is governed by each client agreement.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors for hosting, email and analytics, each bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Write to privacy@akerio.ai. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
